Kade is the Founder and CEO of Get Rec'd and a CTRS. He has over 15 years of experience serving individuals with disabilities through adaptive sports and leisure opportunities. He is a disabled army veteran and has a permanent physical disability. He was awarded the 2022 Frank Basile  Clinician of the Year through ATRA & Recreational Therapy Entrepreneur of the year and he is highly knowledgeable about person-centered plans, adaptive sports, physical activity, and comprehensive treatment plans. 

Erin is a Co-Owner and our Director of Therapeutic Services! Erin is a graduate of Slippery Rock University, obtaining a bachelor of science degree in Recreational Therapy, Philosophy, and Non-Profit Management and a minor in Animal Assisted Interventions in August of 2017. She enjoys spending the majority of her time outdoors with her animals. She loves the beach, bowling, watching movies, and crafts! Chelsea has been practicing Recreational Therapy for 9 years, serving individuals with special needs and those seeking mental health services. She graduated from Central Michigan University in 2016. Chelsea loves spending time with her husband, family, and dogs, as well as camping and enjoying time outdoors. If you don't find her there, she's likely out and about at local craft shows and markets, showcasing her crafts. 

Greg- Graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreational Therapy. Loves long-distance running and CrossFit workout programs. Greg enjoys reading, hanging out with my family,  and being outdoors. Looking forward to helping my clients reach their personal goals with a variety of fun leisure and recreational activities. 

Alesha is from North Carolina. She graduated from Winston-Salem with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a minor in psych. she also obtained a Masters in Public Administration and became a licensed esthetician. All the while working as a CTRS. She loves traveling, spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities, gardening, physical activities, and trying new things. I’m looking forward to helping clients achieve their personal goals.

Lynn is our compliance officer. She has 5 years of experience as a project manager. She ensures that all of our staff are current with required documentation to continue offering services to the clients we serve.

Tauna is our administrative staff. She has 20-plus years of experience performing administrative roles. She loves spending time with her family! She can be reached at info@getrecd.care. Tauna does billing for Get Rec'd. 

Alpha is a service dog trained by Canine Companions, he will get to work with individuals served by Kade. 

Adrianna is a recent graduate of Indiana University Bloomington and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Therapy. She enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, reading, playing various games, and engaging in arts and crafts. She is very excited to start working with people in the  Columbus/Bartholomew County area!

Anna is a graduate from Indiana University Bloomington and received a bachelor of science degree in Recreational Therapy in May of 2023. She enjoys going to the beach and watching the sunset. She also love all things Disney and arts and crafts. 

Arianna recently graduated from BYU-Idaho. She is from Saint Paul Minnesota. She has 5+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She loves being in nature, learning new skills, and traveling. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals and develop independence through recreation. She strongly believes that through recreational therapy, we can change people's lives! She is fluent in ASL and Spanish. 

Beth is currently on boarding and will be on the team soon! She has 20 years of experience as a CTRS, and we are excited to have her as part of The Get Rec'd family. Coming in 2030, when she is retired from the VAMC.

Catina completed her internship with Get Rec'd Summer of 2025 in Northern Indiana. We are so excited to have her on our team as a CTRS! 

Chris graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2017 and has practiced Recreational Therapy for three years, serving individuals with special needs and those seeking mental health services. He enjoys music, spending time with his three dogs and cat, and gardening outdoors.

Colleen interned with Get Rec’d Spring of 2025 under Kade. We are excited to have her join our team as a CTRS! She is accepting clients in Noblesville and the surrounding areas! Colleen graduated with her Recreational Therapy degree 15+ years ago and wants to get back into RETH!

Colleen is a graduate of Indiana University and recently completed her internship at Bradford Woods. She grew up on a small farm in Tipton, Indiana, where she developed a love for the outdoors and hands-on experiences. Music has been a big part of her life from childhood through college, and she enjoys incorporating it into her work whenever she can. Colleen loves hiking, making music, spending time with family, and finding creative ways to connect with others. 

Dana has been working in recreational therapy for 30 years. Certified in 2008, graduating from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Dana strongly believes that leisure skills and leisure education contribute to overall wellness, and recognizes that the ability to play is one of the integral part of helping a person experience, joy and life satisfaction. 

When not engaging in recreational activities and services, Dana enjoys, teaching yoga, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family. 

Grace completed her internship with Get Rec'd Summer of 2025 in Northern Indiana. We are so excited to have her on our team as a CTRS! 

Louie has been a CTRS since 1996! He will be serving the east side of Indianapolis! Louie graduated from Indiana University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Recreation. He has been a CTRS for 26 years, primarily in the field of geriatrics, but he enjoys all populations. Louie enjoys cooking and gardening. 

Jess graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington and has been a CTRS since 2007. She will be serving Hendricks County. Most of her career has been spent working in behavioral/ mental health. She loves spending time with her family and pets, gardening, being outdoors, practicing yoga, and engaging in various arts and games. She is looking forward to making meaningful connections and helping others achieve their goals through play. 

Jessica graduated from ISU in 2014. When she is not working, she enjoys working out, traveling, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and going to community events. Jessica is a wife and a dog mom. Jessica is excited to see the growth of the people she will serve while having fun! She will be serving the south side of  Indy!

Jessica graduated from the University of Toledo. She recently finished up her internship. She is serving individuals on the Northside of Indy! She is also hoping to go to graduate school for OT in the future. 

Kai serves individuals on the West Side of Indianapolis. Kai is bilingual and can serve both English and Spanish-speaking clients. We are excited to have him join our team! Kai completed his internship with Get Rec'd and now works full-time as a CTRS. Kai participates in musical theater with the Indianapolis Men's Chorus. He is a husband and a father. 

Katrina has recently been onboarded and has begun seeing clients in her area. 

Kim has worked as a CTRS for a little under 10 years. My specialty is disability and severe mental health co-diagnoses because I am passionate about fixing the gap in quality mental health care for disabled individuals. I love spending time with my two boys and husband, as well as my multitude of cats. In my spare time, I am at the playground with my boys, swimming, making art, or hanging out with my best friends and nieces and nephews. 

Kristen graduated from Indiana State University in 2015. She joined the Get Rec'd team in September of 2024 and serves Whiteland and the surrounding areas! She is a mom of 2 kids. 

Kyle is a CTRS. We are excited to have him join our team! He will be serving individuals in Greenwood and the surrounding areas.

Kylee has finished her internship with Get Rec'd and is now a CTRS with Get Rec'd! She is serving the East Side of Indianapolis! 

Marli is a graduate from Calvin University with a Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation. She has worked with diverse populations in mental and behavioral health for 10 years, in California and in Indiana. She loves spending time with her family and her Bernese mountain dog. Loves anything outdoors, cooking, working out, dinosaurs, football, enjoying the little things in life that make people smile, and building connections. She looks forward  to seeing the people she  serves grow in their journey

Elise is currently onboarding. She will serve clients in Bloomington and the surrounding areas! We are so excited to have her on our team as a CTRS! 

Sarah graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, and she has been working with the Medicaid Waiver for 11 years. She has a 7-year-old daughter who takes up a lot of her time, and she loves every minute of it. Her passions include sports, camping, video games, and traveling. She looks forward to providing her consumers with meaningful activities and exploring new opportunities with them. 

Trent joined the Get Rec'd family in the Winter of 2024 and serves the west side of Indianapolis! We are so excited to have another Veteran join our team. Trent is a California native whose passion for helping others has taken him from the Army to the world of recreational therapy. Trent earned his bachelor's in Recreational Therapy from the University of Tennessee in 2023 and is pursuing a master's in Experiential and Outdoor Education at Western Carolina University. 

Amanda is on a leave of absence and not currently seeing clients. 

Anthony is from Upstate New York and began studying music at the age of ten when he joined his elementary school band playing the clarinet. Anthony fell in love with music and began to learn the woodwind and orchestral stringed instruments. He follows a humanistic philosophy in his MT practice, emphasizing that clients have free will, and works towards  his clients’ goals with unconditional positive regard. Anthony advocates for the inclusion of orchestral and world instruments in sessions.

Madeline is a passionate music therapist, she is a new grad. She is excited to grow as a Music Therapist. She will be serving the Vigo County area. 

Brady will be doing his internship Summer 2027 under Kade!
