1:1 Session to develop independence in life! Perhaps its time to give your loved own more independence in daily life skills. A CTRS can assist in teaching how to keep their personal space clean and organized. Time to learn how to do laundry, do dishes, vacuum, dusty, mop, and organize their belongings.
Is it time for a client to get their first job? A therapeutic recreation specialist can help work 1:1 with a client to gain skills to make that possible. Learning how to understand the value of the dollar, basic math skills, active listening, personal hygiene, and increased self-esteem.

Let's go tie-dye a shirt and be creative. Perhaps you've never been to a summer camp or had the opportunity to make a shirt. Your CTRS can take you to a local vendor called Tie Dye Lab, where you will have the opportunity to express your creative side! This session will help clients work on money management, active listening, increasing their leisure awareness, fine motor skills, and more.
Come and learn a new skill or increase an existing one. Bowling is fun for people of all ages and ability levels. Most bowling alleys have bumpers for clients who need them. Bowling is a great activity to help with fine and gross motor skills, hand eye coordination, safe play, active listening, and social skills.
